“Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High. Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you, and you will give me glory.”” (Psalms‬ ‭50‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

- Have you remembered to thank God?

- He says to make thankfulness your sacrifice to God and then fulfill or keep any commitment that you have made to Him.

- Thanks and keeping your commitment.

- They go together.

- Stay faithful and as you stay faithful, you will see Him come through in ways that only He can do!

- But you can’t be thankful and complaining at the same time.

- Thank Him for His presence!

- Thank Him for His protection!

- Thank Him for His faithfulness!

- Thank Him for His security

- Instead of taking things for granted, remember to thank Him.

- “Then” He says, “call on me when you are in trouble, and I will rescue you”

- The principle is to Thank First!

- Stop complaining

- Stop grumbling

- Stop letting words come out of your mouth that rob you of the blessing He wants to give you!

- Psalm 100:4 says to “Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.”

- ‭‭The way into His presence is with thanksgiving and praise.

- When your mouth changes, you will see your heart change.

- When you stop thanking, you will start becoming negative and critical.

- But when you start thanking, your heart will be filled with joy and praise!

- When you don’t thank Him, your heart becomes ugly and selfish and every time you thank Him, your heart becomes more beautiful!

- Develop the habit of thanking and praising Him!

- Then, He says, when trouble comes, you can call on Him because you truly “Know Him” as Your Healer, Your Deliverer, Your Helper and Your Blesser!

- It will become a natural thing and you will give Him glory!
