DEVO. 06.05.26

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.”

(‭‭Psalms‬ ‭46‬:‭1‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

- Have you ever had someone who said that when you need something, “Just call me and I will help.”

- But when you call, they are unavailable or they are too busy and they can’t help.

- Well, our scripture says that God is ALWAYS READY to help.

- God never makes a promise that He cannot and will not keep.

- And not only is He available but He also has the power to back up His promise.

- The AMP says, “God is mighty and impenetrable.”

- Mighty means He has the strength and impenetrable means that no harm or danger can pass through Him. Nothing gets through!

- He’s strong enough to defeat anything coming at you and protective enough to shield you from anything coming after you!

- Today, recognize that you are protected by Him!

- And He is always ready!

- He doesn’t sleep on His watch and He is not too overloaded to have time to deal with your need!

- That’s our God!

- If He is always available that means that you don’t have time for fear to sneak in and take over!

- He has the strength that you need today and the protection that you desire!

- So today, call on His name!

- He is ready!

- Hide yourself in Him.

- He is available.

- 1 Peter 5:7 says, “casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. [Ps 55:22]”

- ‭‭Know that He loves you and cares about you and He is with you, today!
