DEVO 11.01.22

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” - ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

- Do you know that the Lord as “My Shepherd”?

- You can actually say, “He is mine!”

- He desires that personal relationship with you, to where you can relate to Him as your personal shepherd.

- The name of the Lord used here is Jehovah Raa’.

- It carries the meaning of feeding, shepherding or pastoring.

- He cares for and feeds your spiritual soul!

- But not just that; All of your needs are met in Him!

- When it says, “I shall not want”, it means that you should not have any needs that are met outside of Him.

- He knows you by name and desires to personally provide for you today!

- To not be “in want” means that, you will not lack anything necessary for Gods will to be accomplished in your life.

- So, if its an emotional need, call on His name and ask Jehovah Raa’ to meet your emotional need and give you peace.

- If it’s a physical, spiritual, relational or financial need, that you have, He is there!

- He stands ready and able to meet that need.

- He loves it when you call on His name.

- He loves to come through for His kids!

- So don’t go other places and call on other people.

- Go right to the source of your personal shepherd and Friend!

- He is ready and waiting too hear your voice and to hear you call on His name.

- He says, ““Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭7‬)

- He delights in being your source to meet your needs!

- So, Identify the need and call on Him, today!

- No one can meet your needs as well as He can!

- Have a great Tuesday!
