DEVO. 10.18.23
“O Sovereign Lord! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!” (Jeremiah 32:17)
- Nothing is to hard for God...NOTHING! - In this scripture Jeremiah is looking at the Babylonians who were at the city walls. - The future did not look good for them. - They were about to be captured and taken over. - But God was reassuring Jeremiah that through His power the people would be restored to the land. - So what situation have you labeled impossible? - Is there something that you have been dealing with for a long time and you have said, “It can’t change or it won’t ever change?” - Have you simply accepted the sickness? - Have you stopped praying for deliverance or victory? - Have you said it will always be this way? - Well, to Jeremiah, God revealed Himself as the “Great and mighty God, whose name is the LORD Almighty” (v.18) - Almighty, that means full of might! - Full of breakthrough power! - He goes on to say “Great are your purposes and mighty are your deeds.“ (Jeremiah 32:19) - Refuse to look at your situation and the conditions from your limited perspective. - Align yourself with God and ask for His perspective. - Humble yourself before Him and Follow Him and ask to see what He sees! - Today He says over your life and your circumstances, “Nothing is to Hard for me!” - Have a great Wednesday!
