DEVO 07.26.24

HEALED

“Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; Save me and I will be saved, For You are my praise.” (Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭14‬ ‭AMP‬‬)

- I thought this scripture was perfect for our praise & worship Pastor, Robert Hinckley, who just had surgery to remove 2 tumors on his brain.

- Pastor Bob is in recovery and God is still in the healing business.

- We can either live in fear of the potential dangers of tumors, or any other bad report, or we can have faith in God our Healer.

- Whether God uses the hand of a doctor or performs a miraculous, instantaneous healing, it is still God who heals!

- He is the one “Who forgives all your sins, Who heals all your diseases;” (Psalms‬ ‭103‬:‭3‬ ‭AMP‬‬)

- The same God who forgives your sins is the same God who can heal your diseases.

- One of His names is Jehovah Rapha

- The Hebrew word rophe or rapha means "heal," "cure," "restore," or "make whole."

- I believe that God still heals today!

- Not only does he heal but he “makes whole.”

- Pastor Bob has been healed and now God is in the process of making him whole.

- It’s not up to u, to question, how, when or why.

- We just need to pray and trust Him!

- Your prayers place the problem in God’s hands!

- So if you need healing in your physical body or a broken heart, God is still your healer.

- Call on His name!

- Trust in His name!

- Place your hope in His name!

- He can place hope back in your heart!

- He can strengthen your physical body and your spirit!

- We thank the Lord for taking care of Pastor Bob through the hands of a doctor and I believe that our same God can heal you!
