DEVO 05.23.23

DEVO. 05.23.23 "Let Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, be upon us, in proportion to our waiting and hoping for You." (Psalm 33:22 AMP)

- Are you placing all of your hope in God to act on your behalf? - Trusting completely in Him and not touching the situation? - Have you been waiting on Him? - Does the waiting tIme seem like it is getting longer? - Are you tempted to jump in so that you can help God out? - This verses says, "Let Your Mercy and Loving Kindness be upon us IN PROPORTION to our waiting and Hoping! - In other words, the longer you wait on Him & Hope in Him, the stronger you are getting spiritually. - He will strengthen you by His Grace. - If you can trust only in Him...not complaining, not interfering, not gossiping. - Just complete Trust! - 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. - When you get to that place where you don't think you can hang in there any more - and you want to try your way instead of Gods way. - That is the time to confess "out loud" that you are completely trusting in Him. - Declare (Speak out) His promises to those who wait on Him. - Cast "All your cares" on Him! - The whole of it! Once and for all. - Then Mercy and Loving Kindness will be poured out...Dumped on you. - We all need His mercy, His Unfailing love and Grace in abundance! - Look at what Hebrews 4:16 says you can do when you trust in Jesus, "Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it]." - Make sure you read that verse slowly and completely and personalize it. - When you trust in Him completely and throw your self at His feet, you receive Mercy for your failures and Grace for EVERY NEED! - Just when you need it! - Call on Him and write down and speak out His promises to those who will rely on and Trust in Him. - You are getting stronger spiritually! - You do have the ability by His grace to wait! - He will dump His Mercy and unfailing Love on you! - Have a great Tuesday!
