DEVO. 05.22.23

"Search for the LORD and for his strength; continually seek him. (Psalm 105:4)

- Do you need Gods strength this morning?

- Do you need His wisdom?

- Do you need His insight into a certain matter?

- This verse says we are to search for and seek the Lord.

- We must crave Him and His strength.

- His presence in your life changes everything.

- His presence gives you hope when you feel hope less.

- He can move the greatest obstacles in your path.

- In Jermiah 29:13 God Says, "you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart."

- This is a promise!

- A promise for anyone who wants to give up on their ways and chase after Him and His ways.

- No one is left out...

- No one is too young or too old.

- No one is too far from or too trapped in sin that they cannot surrender and seek Him.

- Jesus Himself says the greatest thing you can do is "love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. (Matthew 22:37)

- Before you seek for strength, seek Him.

- Before you seek for wisdom, seek Him.

- Before you seek for insight, seek Him.

- Because it is "IN HIM" that you find strength, wisdom & insight.

- Acts 17:28 says "In Him we live and move and have our being"

- He is not far from you this morning.

- Make a move in His direction.

- Pursue Him first thing!

- It's the highest calling and the greatest goal.

- Find your identity in Him.

- Find life in Him!

- Find purpose in Him!

- Have a great Monday!
