“See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him.” (‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬)

- One of the greatest revelations found in the New Testament is that God is our Heavenly Father and we are His children.

- This is the highest privilege of our salvation!

- This verse says, see how much our Father loves us! It’s indescribable!

- He has accepted you and desires to spend time with you!

- You are wanted and sought after!

- It’s the basis for our faith and trust in God and our hope of glory for the future!

- As children of God, we are heirs of God and co-heirs with Jesus Christ.

- All of the rights and privileges of Jesus, the Son of God, are now yours!

- Don’t ever let anyone strip you of those rights or try to steal the privileges that you have as a child of God.

- You are not just anybody, No, God says that you are somebody!

- You are who God says you are and nothing less!

- You are blessed with every spiritual blessing (Ephesians 1:3)

- You are highly favored!

- You are accepted!

- You are precious! (1 Cor. 6:20)

- You are created with a purpose. (Jeremiah 29:11)

- You are important! (1Peter 2:9)

- You are empowered! (Phil. 4:13)

- This is a day to remind yourself of who you are and what you have.

- Walk as a child of God!

- Think and act as a child of God!

- Live like a child of God!

- Now that you know this, please pray like a child of God!
