"Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty." (Psalm 91:1 NLT)

- Have you been striving and working hard and become weary? - Has the stress of life left you worn out? - Instead of pushing through and working harder - try this... - Find Rest in Him! - Regardless of what everyone else's expectations are for you or even your own expectations...slow down for a moment and Rest. - The greatest goal for our lives is to Know God and live in His presence. - Don't miss it! - There is no higher calling than to know Him and to be known by Him. - In His presence you find life itself. - Psalm 91 says that those who live in Him find rest. - Psalm 23: 1 says, "He refreshes my soul." - Who else can give that promise? - Healing, restoration and refreshing of your soul! - He can heal & restore the deepest part of you...the places you don't even reveal to anyone else. - Take some time this morning to get alone with Him and hang out in his presence. - He loves you, and desires nothing more than for you to spend time with Him and find your identity in Him. - Take some time this morning to read through Psalm 91. - When you "Hide yourself" in Him and pursue Him, look at what He promises. - "Because he loves me," says the Lord, "I will Rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation." (Psalm 91:14-16) - All this simply because you love Him. - Get renewed and resorted this morning. - Notice, there are no conditions placed on these verse except that you love Him. - Your past doesn't matter. - Your failures or success doesn't matter. - He will rescue you & protect you when you call on His name! - Let Him show you the depth of His Salvation! - Be refreshed this morning in Him. - Have a great weekend!
